Cooking Suggestions:
350g Skinless chicken sliced (or other choice of protein)
2 cups – mixed vegetables – onion, red capsicum, bite size snow peas, bok choy.
Cooking Tips:
Prep: Rinse noodles in cold water, drain and set aside.
Sear: Heat oil in a wide pan or wok over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add protein and cook until browned on all sides then add vegetables and cook for 1 minute.
Toss: Add noodles and sauce, and stir. Cook for 3-5 minutes until sauce is well heated and protein is fully cooked. Serve immediately.
Chef’s Tip: Use 250g of tofu to create a meat free dish.
