Cooking Guide:

Proteins suggestions:
    • 300g diced chicken thigh
    • 1 bowl of vegetables (red onion, red pepper, green pepper)
    • 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
    • 2 bowls of jasmine rice
Package includes:
    • Malaysian Peanut Satay Sauce
    • Garlic and Ginger Sauce
    • Dried onion and garlic

Cooking Suggestion:

  1. Coating: Mix garlic and ginger sauce into diced chicken and set aside.

  2. Brown: Combine dried onion and garlic in a hot, oiled medium-sized skillet and sauté quickly for 5 seconds. Add marinated chicken and cook until sealed, then add vegetables and sauté with chicken for 1 minute.

  3. Bring to a boil: Add Malaysian Peanut Satay Sauce; stir to combine, then reduce heat to low. Cook over low heat until chicken and vegetables are fully cooked and tender (about 20 minutes). Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
