烹飪指南:
烤箱
180C度烤焗15分鐘後，可加塗月見汁或EC手工辣泰醬增加風味 (約5分鐘）
（如果解凍後可煎）
用大中火燒熱煎鑊，下油煎雞肉串。每面煎約8分鐘，或直至熟透。雞肉串上淋下手工辣泰醬即成。
月見汁：
50ml 日本醬油
20ml 味醂
20ml 清酒
2tbsp 糖
以上滾開，放涼後加入可生食生蛋黃即成
