【冰火組合】EC – 燒烤串 (200g x 4) + 意式雪糕 (100ml x 2) (急凍-18ºC)

烹飪指南：可以選擇油炸／焗烤／氣炸

油炸
油倒入鍋中後，以中火加溫至約攝氏150度。可以取一小塊的麵衣丟進鍋中測試，麵衣立刻浮起且周圍呈現小泡泡狀即表示可以下雞肉了。下雞肉時要一塊一塊分別入鍋油炸，以免黏在一起變一大團，適量可確保每塊均勻受熱，至雞肉表面金黃即可撈起盛盤。（亦可選擇二次油炸，逼出雞肉中的多餘油脂與表面的多餘水分，這樣吃起來才會酥脆夠味。）

焗烤
預熱烤箱至250℃，留有空間的 平放入烤箱10-15分鐘。烘烤6分鐘左右，將雞腿肉塊翻面再繼續烘烤3分鐘左右，呈現金黃色即成。

氣炸
放入氣炸鍋，噴油 氣炸160度6分鐘。將雞肉翻面，放入喜歡的調味，氣炸200度10-15秒即成。

*注意*
鹽酥雞為保有水嫩感，醃料的調味料不能過量，真正的調味就 最後撒上的椒鹽或淮鹽可以了。更可以配合我們的無添加 泰式醬點用！
