Cooking Guide:
Proteins suggestions:
- 250g diced chicken
- 150g mixed vegetables (carrots and green beans)
- 1/2 cup (125ml) water
- 2 tablespoons canola or vegetable oil
- 2 cups jasmine rice
Package includes:
- green curry sauce
- coconut milk
- Green Curry Spice Blend (Lime Leaves, Red Chili Peppers)
Cooking Tips:
Stir-fry in oil: Quickly sauté the spices in the set until fragrant, add to a preheated medium-sized wok with sufficient oil, and stir-fry for 5 seconds. Add chicken and fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Add vegetables and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Cook: Add green curry paste to wok and immediately pour in coconut milk and 1/2 cup water. Stir well, reduce the heat to low and cover the pot.
Simmer: Simmer for about 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender. Serve immediately with jasmine rice.
