Ingredients:
Hot chili, red pepper, garlic, dried onion, lemongrass, water, vinegar, sugar, vegan fish sauce, lime juice
With: Meat such as pork chops, chicken chops, salads, fries, rice noodles.
Homemade Thai Seafood Sauce (85ml)
Ingredients:
Green chili pepper, coriander, garlic, shallot, lemongrass, water, vinegar, sugar, vegan fish sauce, lime juice.
With: Sashimi, seared seafood, white fish dan.
Homemade Thai Tamarind Sour and Spicy Sauce (85ml)
Ingredients:Tamarind paste, coconut sugar, vegan fish sauce, lime juice, paprika.
With: Salad dressing, oily meat such as pork neck can reduce greasy.
For a richer layer, add shallots and oh scallions.
Storage:Please store in a refrigerator at 4 degrees Celsius or below. Consume promptly after opening.
