Free Delivery for order over $200

If you place an order before 1:00 noon, you will receive an email record. A colleague will contact you on the same day to confirm the order details. It will usually be shipped within 2 working days.
After receiving the confirmation, the customer can pick it up at the Lai Chi Kok office on the same day or within 5 working days.

Purchase less than HK$200:

You can choose to add $30 for shipping and use SF Express to deliver to various points in the city (special areas will be charged separately).

We can arrange payment on delivery in accordance with the customer's express delivery requirements, please contact customer service.

For purchases over HK$200:

You can choose Free delivery via Mainpowers (same-day delivery to industrial and commercial locations) or EC-Get (post office or smart mail station).

Free shipping discount will be calculated based on the full order amount after discount.

Exchange/Return Policy

  • If the customer finds that the goods are incorrect when they arrive, please notify us within 2 days. We will arrange a replacement for you.
  • Replacements will not be accepted if the returned items are incomplete, damaged, have damaged safety seals, or are no longer resaleable.
  • All unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • The refund process generally takes 14 working days from the time we receive the return.
