落單會收到電郵，同事會於辦公時間內盡快聯絡，確認訂單明細，一般會於2個工作天內發貨。
客人收到確認後，可於同日或5個工作日內到荔枝角辦公室自取；或是購物（實際付款）滿HK$200可免運費派送。

Purchase less than HK$200:

可選擇加$30運費選用順豐速運送到市區各點（特別地區另算 ）。

可配合客人快遞要求安排到付，請聯絡客服。

For purchases over HK$200:

You can choose順豐速運或主力速遞Mainpowers（工商點，可同日派送）或易寄取EC-Get（郵政局或智郵站）免費派送。

Exchange/Return Policy

  • If the customer finds that the goods are incorrect when they arrive, please notify us within 2 days. We will arrange a replacement for you.
  • Replacements will not be accepted if the returned items are incomplete, damaged, have damaged safety seals, or are no longer resaleable.
  • All unauthorized returns will not be processed.
  • The refund process generally takes 14 working days from the time we receive the return.
